I need the following information to
provide you with a password to the MEBA
secure BBS.
The information is used to verify who
you are and allow you to access this
site.
The information that you e-mail to me
will be checked through our database to
verify the information you provided. As
soon as I send to you your user name and
pass code I will delete your personal
information from this email.
You are allowed one login per person, if
you lose your pass code, you will need
to forward me the request stating this
and I will re-issue a new pass code and
delete the old pass code.
The reason for the tight security is we
have gone to great measures to keep the
information that you post on this site
for members and officials only.
It is intended to open up the
communication between those individuals
in a secure environment. When issued
this password please don’t allow anyone
to borrow yours or post on your account,
this defeats the purpose.
Please allow ample time for this
verification process, in most cases you
will receive your user name and pass
code within four-business days. If you
are using AOL, yahoo, hotmail or many of
the "free" email providers they may
block the email that contains your
username and password.
YOU MUST BE A RETIREE OR A MEMBER IN
GOOD STANDING TO ACCESS THIS BOARD. NON
MEMBERS AND APPLICANTS ARE NOT PERMITTED
